BOOK REVIEW -> Repeat by Kylie Scott

REPEAT

When a vicious attack leaves 25-year-old Clementine Johns with no memory, she's forced to start over. Now she has to figure out who she was and why she made the choices she did - which includes leaving the supposed love of her life, tattoo artist Ed Larsen, only a month before.

Ed can hardly believe it when his ex shows up at his tattoo parlor with no memory of their past, asking about the breakup that nearly destroyed him. The last thing he needs is more heartache, but he can't seem to let her go again. Should they walk away for good, or does their love deserve a repeat performance?

R E V I E W

This is not my first read by this author, little story BUT Kylie Scott has been one of my very first reads many years ago so I am very familiar with this author & style. This story was SO EMOTIONAL! I did not expect it to be this much and so much more! Broke my heart then re-build it piece by piece!! LOVED loved the story, especially since it's a second-chance romance!

Clementine was attacked about 3 months after breaking it off with her boyfriend (a messy break up) that attack left her with the most severe amnesia, she does not remember anything, especially the messy break up! She then ends up at her ex-boyfriend's tattoo paler to maybe get some more answers and in hopes to jilt her memories even a bit.

Ed was in shock when he saw his ex-girlfriend appear at his shop. After all and after everything, he expected to never see her again. And not to mention how pissed off and angry he still was. When Clem explains what had happened to her, it seems to have softened the rough big sexy man. But what do you do when the person that broke you, doesn't remember? Break it again to help her. But this time it seems this might be their second chance because Clem is NOT the woman that was before.

Kylie really does second chance so well, this one is extra amazing because it add's some suspense and mystery with a twist! Kylie is known for her sexy rock-stars and this one is far from it & equally if not better!!

I am rating this a 5 PLUS PLUS & HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! Made it on my TOP 2019 MUST READ list, & not to mention I will be getting the paperback as well!
