This is a NEW to me author & books! I am so glad I gave this a chance because it turned out more fantastic then I thought! A surprisingly beautiful book!
Warren Ford is a rough, big, sexy with tattoo's and beard man who is out for revenge. Revenge on the one person that meant the world to him. To a man, he thinks had done it. He is so determined to take him down that when Haley West & little Tara storm in (literary) he is taken back! What turned out to be a high stake for him, now is something he has to lose more than what he originally was going after.
Haley West is a beautiful woman who left everything behind, when her car breaks down in the middle of no where CUTE ADORABLE LITTLE town, she has no other option but to stay. Chicago after-all will have to wait anyways. She brings her little niece Tara with her because her sister is on vacation to Hawaii with the husband. She loves Tara and Tara looks up to her auntie. These two are so wonderful you will love love love them!
The events that occur are dangerous, mysterious, lots of suspense but the passion, the back and forth, the heated looks...gosh, rough and rugged never felt so good! It is a sweet slow burn, I will warn you but until then it's so wonderful that you'll forget where you're at. That's how ti felt, I didn't get to highlight much because I was so drawn into the story that I just kept reading and enjoying!
I am rating this a HIGH 5 PLUS & HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! Made it on my 2019 MUST READ list for sure! Guy's I loved this so much I ordered the paperback, re-read worthy!!
