This is NOT my first book by this author, am will say that i adore all the books I've read by her so far!
This one is no different. Front the first few pages to the last, I was HOOKED! (get it...hooked?) You'll understand that joke if and when you read the book!
When Maggie (a.k.a Sparky) met Sam the bearded ginger knight in shinning armor, it involves a fisherman shop, lots of rowdy old perverts and one knight in shinning armor. This little feisty young woman walks into a bait shop....the rest is history. Or so they say.
When Maggie realizes why the new sexy stranger looks familiar, she is floored at the fact that her older brothers NEVER introduced them. But, Maggie isn't in the middle of no where (Boulder, CO) because of nothing. She is there to prove to her ex-boyfriend that she is not "BASIC".
When sparks fly between Sam and Maggie, Sam makes sure to look at her just as another conquest, someone temporary like the others. Because, truly if he let his feeling develop more, he will get his heart broken because Maggie is set on getting her ex back.
As more together time passes, Maggie is coming to a life changing realization...but will it include her ginger knight in shinning armor?
I was a bit disappointed with Maggie towards the end because I guess I'm a hopeless romantic and wanted to happen what any hopeless romantic does, the lovey-dovey crap!
