Luca and Gretchen are something new to me, I fell in love with their story not even 15% in.
I can't stress enough on how much you WILL swoon! This dark romance really brought it home for me.
Luca to me is something between a GOD and a DEVIL. I say that because the swoon moments will knock your sock (you know what i want to put) off.
Then the moments where he in action and or not happy, BOOM the devil appears, in a the good ways still. I was uneasy in a few scenes because I really thought that Luca might actually hurt or kill Shelby and or Michael! Eeekk!
It also helps that Luca is a Greek god in so many forms, a Italian man that is alpha, hard and ruthless. Gretchen, my heart goes out to her, the ending kind of killed me a little. But i will warn you right now, she is not a force to be reckoned with! *just saying*
Such a beautiful story, dark, deceitful, broken, seductive and real!
I am rating this a 4.5 & highly recommend it!
