This story is about a little insecure but brave woman named Melissa and a Amish big, strong and sexy man named Jakob. They met under funny circumstances, his giant of a dog was all over Melissa during a hard time for her.
After Jakob offers to help, Melissa is skeptical at first but let's herself enjoy being helped. Jakob is a sexy as sin mechanic while Melissa does what she loves, photography. When Jakob shows love to Melissa she does not believe it, that a man like him would want a woman like her. Come to find out not only is Jakob sexy as sin but a gentleman, sweet, polite, kind and very dominant.
After the "creepy incident" in the beginning them two spend some time together and things hit off. Unfortunately not everything goes smooth, and when Melissa does something unintentionally..their relationship will be tested.
The ending threw me off a bit only because I was not expecting what came. I did enjoy the characters and the story line. Congrats Jackie on your first novel & many more to come!
